EMPLOYEE PULLED HIS TRUCK INTO SHOP OVER ACCESS PIT. WHEN HE OPENED THE TRUCK HOOD HE SLIPPED AND FELL INTO THE ACCESS PIT UNDER THE TRUCK. HE STRUCK HIS KNEE ON THE FLOOR OF THE ACCESS PIT. H E INITIALLY DECLINED TREATMENT BUT LATER WHEN PAIN CONTINUED HE SAW A DOCTOR FOR TREATMENT.
