EMPLOYEE WAS CHANGING SCREENS AND NUT BECAME LODGED IN SOCKET. HE PUT FINGER IN NUT TO PULL OUT AND ACCIDENTLY HIT SWITCH ON ELECTRIC IMPACT WRENCH CAUSING NUT TO SCREW ON LEFT INDEX FINGER. S KIN WAS PEELED BACK AND WAS LACERATED ON TIP OF FINGER.
