VICTIM & ONE COWORKER WERE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL WHELL UNIT ASSEMBLY ON SHUTTLE CAR. HE PLACED HIMSELF IN PRONE POSITION ON MINE FLOOR WITH ARMS EXTENDED BENEATH SHUTTLE CAR. HE PLACED PAIR OF ADJUSTIBLE PLIERS ON NUT TO ALLOW COWORKER TO TIGHTEN BOLT WITH IMPACT WRENCH. PLIERS SLIPPED FROM NUT & HE FELT SUDDEN PAIN IN SHOULDER.
