MOVING CRANE WITH BOOM DOGGED OVER REAR IN UP POSITION CAUGHT NEUTRAL WIRE IT SNAPPED OFF OF BOOM AND CAUGHT POWER WIRES AND DISLODGED TWO WIRES FROM INSULATORS CRANE.
