EE AND ANOTHER EE WERE WORKING ON THE TOGGLE PLATE THAT FELL OUT OF THE JAW CRUSHER. THEY HAD THE PITMAN JACKED FORWARD TO MAKE ROOM THE JACK SLIPPED LETTING THE PITMAN COME BACK WITH THE TO GGLE PLATE, AND FRAME OF THE JAW.
EE AND ANOTHER EE WERE WORKING ON THE TOGGLE PLATE THAT FELL OUT OF THE JAW. THEY HAD THE PITMAN JACKED FORWARD TO MAKE ROOM. THE JACK SLIPPED LETTING THE PITMAN COME BACK WITH TOGGLE PLATE SMASHING EE'S ARM AND OTHER EE'S HAND BETWEEN THE PLATE & FRAM OF THE JAW.

EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING SMALL OCKS & DIRT THAT WAS KEEPING A PIVOTED WHEEL FROM ROTATING INTO PROPER POSITION WHEN ANOTHER EMPLOYEE PIVOTED THE TIRE BY HAND & SCRISSORED THE EMPLOYEES FINGER TIP .
