EMPLOYEE'S HAND SLIPPED INTO THE HEATER/AC VENT WHILE BRACING HIMSELF TO PICK UP A LIGHTER FROM THE DASH OF THE FRONT END LOADER.
THE EE WAS CLIMBING IN STOCKPILE TRUCK HIS RIGHT FOOT WAS ON THE TOP STEP AND THE LEFT FOOT ON THE BOTTOM STEP. HIS RIGHT FOOT SLIPPED OFF THE STEP AND HIT THE GROUND THIS CAUSED A STRAIN ON T HE LEFT KNEE AND ANKLE THUS SPRAINING LEFT LEG.
