EE was kneeling down splicing a piece of rubber belt together and the knife accidently slipped off the rubber belt and he poked himself in the leg. It was required three stitches.

While booster pump was running, employee checked motor oil & it was squirting out of dipstick. He opened oil spicket on side to pour more oil in it & the oil sprayed out & hit him in the face. He should have put motor oil in the top instead of the side while the motor was running. Received 1st & 2nd degree burns.
