Vulcan Construction Materials, LLC · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

EE was parked parallel to a Genie S85 man lift. Attempted to pull out from machine when he realized left rear wheels were choked. Exited the truck to remove wheel chocks, truck began to roll backwards. EE was struck/trapped between basket of Genie lift and the left front of truck. EE exited truck with engine running and transmission on neutral with parking brake partially engaged.
