EE WAS USING CUTTING TORCH "HOTS" FELL ON HOSE. EE REACHED DOWN TO BRUSH THEM OFF. HAD ALREADY BURNED HOSE SET OXY ON FIRE BURNED OFF GLOVE AND BURNED HAND (2ND DEGREE).
