EMPLOYEE WAS BARRING FROZEN MUD OUT FROM BETWEENTHE TRACK FRAME AND THE MAIN FRAME OF A D-10 BULLDOZER. HE WAS STANDING ON THE TRACK FRAME WHEN HIS FEET SLIPPED OUT FROM UNDER HIM LEAVING HIM FALL APPROX 4 FT TO THE GROUND. THERE WAS ICE AND SNOW ON THE TRACK FRAME.
