EE was setting a wheelbarrow under the cone crusher, a four inch rock flew out of the cone and struck him on the brim of his hardhat. The impact made a laceration on his scalp requiring medical care. He sustained a concussion with no loss of consciousness. He was released to return to work the next shift.
