The employee was operating a 621 Pan Scraper, and while pushing with D8 Dozer, the operator of the Pan Scraper stated he was bumped from behind (repeatedly). The employee then complained of soreness to the neck.

OPEATOR WAS IN RUSH TO GET SCRAPER OUT OF SHOP SO HE STARTED TO PULL MACHINE AROUND TO OIL TAN KS & ADD OIL NOT KNOWING LUB MAN WAS ADDING OIL.AS MACHINE STARTED TO MOVE LEFT REAR TIRE CAUGHT LUBE MAN'S RIGHT KNEE PULLING IT DOWN BUT NOT UNDER IT. THEY BOTH HAVE BEEN TRAINED.

TWO MEN WERE LIFTING A FLOOR JACK TO THE BACK OF A PICK UP WHEN A PIN SLIPPED OUT OF THE JACK CATCHINT HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE TRUCK AND JACK. THE JACK CAUGHT HIS INDEX FINGER ON HIS RIGHT HAND AND BRUISED THE END OF THE FINGER. IT ALSO LOOSENED HIS FINGERNAIL.
