Highland Mining LLC. · Struck by flying object

Employee was helping miners bolt heading. Injured employee was putting bolts together approx 8 feet from the miner. Miner began collaring bolt holes and the water coming out of the end of the steel washed some mud from the back and employee was hit in the face with the mud. Mud got into the injured persons eye.
