OUR MECHANIC WAS POUNDING A STEEL PIN ON THE TRACK OF THE EXCAVATOR. A PIECE OF STEEL FROM THE PIN BROKE OFF AND FLEW INTO EMPLOYEE'S BODY NEAR THE RIB CAGE AND LODGED INTO HIS HEART.
