C & E Excavating, Inc. · Struck by falling object

Two employee's set the wastewater collection box on a steel plate to copy the bolt pattern to the plate for use as a cover for the other side of the Log Washer. Injured was squaring up the box on the plate when the lid swung down and smashed the tip of right index finger. At the hospital they found bone fragments missing. The finger nail was removed and they stitched it up.
