EE WAS CLEANING MAT BUILD UP ON CONVEYOR FRAME WHEN HIS GLOVE BECAME ENTAGLED WITH CONVEYOR BELT AND CONVEYOR BELT ROLLER. THE CONVEYOR BELT SCRADED SUPERFICIAL LAYER OF SKIN OFF TOP SIDE OF H IS LEFT HAND.

Texas Southern Inc · Fall from machine

HYDRAULIC HOSE BROKE AND SPRAYED OIL ON EXHAUST SYSTEM WHICH RESULTED IN A FIRE STARTING THE EQUIPMENT OPERATOR SAW THE FIRE AND QUICKLY EXITED THE CAB OF THE MACHINE WITHOUT USING THE LADDER. HE JUMPED HE CRACKED HIS HEEL BONE. DAMAGE TO MACHINE WAS MINIMAL BECAUSE THE FIRE WAS PUT OUT RIGHT A WAY.
