While sitting in the loader, a wasp flew into the cab and stung operator on the right arm near EE's bicep. EE did not have any abnormal reactions to the sting and at this point no first aid has been administered. Intercompany nurse hotline, WorkCare was called and the incident has been captured.

Contractor was in loader operator's blind spot when he was struck in the right thigh below his buttocks by the loader bucket. Both parties failed to communicate their intended actions to the other. The contact caused some deep bruising but no cuts or abrasions to the skin. Precautionary x-ray results were negative.
