Employee pinched right ring finger while using a pry-bar. EE's finger was pinched between the steel frame and the pry-bar.

DURING AN ADJUSTMENT TO A CONVEYOR BELT WIPER, THE WIPER JAMMED THE HEADPULLY & STALLED IT. WHENTHE HEADPULLY STALLED; THE TURNBUCKLE THAT HOLDS& ADJUSTS THE GEAR BOX BROKE, ALLOWING THE GEAR BOX TO ROTATE ON THE HEADPULLY SHAFT. THE ADJUSTING TUBE FOR THE WIPER WAS IN LINE WITH THE GEARBOX. THE GEAR BOX ROTATED & STRUCK THE FINGERS, SEVERING LITTLE & RING FINGERS AT 1ST JOINT.
