EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TO REMOVE A PIN ON A BRAKE BAND, AFTER CUTTING PIN, ATTEMPTED TO BLOW DEBRIS AWAY USING ACTELENE TORCH, WHEN THE GAS IGNITED, CAUSING A SMALL EXPLOSION! THUS BLOWING DIRT INTO EMPLOYEE'S FACE. ALSO A LOUD NOISE WAS AUDIBLE.
