EMPLOYEE WAS IN SQUATTED POSITION WORKING ON FMC SCREEN WHEN HE FINISHED WORK & RAISED UP HE TWISTED HIS KNEE EMPLOYEE DID NOT MISS ANY WORK OR GO TODR UNTIL 03-12-95 & RETURNED ON 03-24-95
INJURED & 2 OTHER WORKERS WERE MAKING REPAIRS TO A PIPE IN PREP PLANT. ONE OF THEM BLEW SOME DUST OFF HTE PIPE & SOME OF IT WENT INTO INJUREDS RIGHT EYE. INCIDENT HAPPEND 6-3-94 N WORK SCHED ULED 6-4 OR 6-4 INJURED MISSED 6-6-94 AND RETURNED TO WORK 6-7-94.
