EE REACHED TO RAISE AN OPPOSITE END OF A CONVEYOR ROLLER HE WAS POSITIONING. THE ROLLER SLIPPED AT THE NEAR END, PINCHING THE EE'S FINGER ON THECONVEYOR.

EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING A SIGN OUT OF THE GROUND USING A LOADER WITH A CHAIN. AS CHAIN WAS BEING LIFTED EMPLOYEE GOT LITTLE FINGER ON RIGHT HAND PINCHED BETWEEN SIGN AND CHAIN. INJURY RESULTED IN TENDON AND LIGAMENT DAMAGE TO THAT FINGER.
