I,NAME HAD JUST ARRIVED AT JOB SITE AND WAS GOING TO INSPECT A DUMP TRUCK ON WHICH A USED DUMP BOX HAD JUST BEEN INSTALLED TO SEE IF IT WAS READY FOR SERVICE. JUST PREVIOUS AN EMPLOYEE HADST ARTED THE TRUCK AND RAISED DUMP BOX TO FULL HEIGHT; HE THEN DISENGAGED THE POWER TACK OFF AND LEFT TO WAIT ON A CUSTOMER.
