HE REACHED INTO THE CONVEYOR AREA TO REMOVE A PIECE OF STEEL WHILE THE CONVEYOR WAS STILL RUNNING AND THE PIECE OF STEEL BECAME W EDGED BETWEEN THE CONVEYOR BELT AND THE CONCRETE PIER. HIS HAN D WAS BETWEEN THE PIECE OF STEEL AND THE CONCRETE PIER.
