EE WAS WORKING ON A CREW INSTALLING A COVER STRUCTURE WHICH IS TO COVER THE TRENCH AT THE ENTRY OF THE MINE. THE WEATHER WAS DRIZZLE & WIND BLOWING 10-15 M.P.H. EE LOST HIS FOOTING DUE TO SLIC K SURFACE ON STEEL & FELL APPROX. 10' LANDING ONUPPER PART OF HIS BACK.
