Employee twisted EE's ankle on a rock and struck EE's knee. After a follow up the employee was diagnosed with a torn meniscus and had surgery on 12/7/2020

Damage or impairment cannot be determined solely by reading chest x-ray films. This report is being submitted to satisfy MSHA program policy letter P92-III-2.
