Employee had a periodic screening chest x-ray read by two B-readers using the ILO procedures. The x-ray was characterized as consistent with pneumoconiosis with readings of 2/1 and 1/1. Damage or impairment cannot be determined solely by reading chest x-ray films. This report is being submitted to satisfy MSHA program policy letter P92-III-2.
