Employee was cleaning his work area at the primary crusher when he slipped and struck his leg. This caused an abrasion/hematoma. Initial check found no breaks. He returned to work with NO restrictions. On the 27th he reported to the hospital and was found to have an infection in the leg. He was given restricted duty at this time.

IN A LETTER RECEIVED BY THE COMPANY ON MARCH 3, 2004 EMPLOYEE STATED HE HURT BOTH HIS KNEES AND HIS LEFT LEG. THIS INCIDENT IS BEING CONTESTED BY THE COMPANY AS TO WHETHER OR NOT HIS CONDITION IS WORK RELATED.
