Hanson Aggregates LLC · Fall from machine

Employee attempted to board a 988F Cat loader to add hydraulic oil. The strap holding the first step broke causing a fall of approximately two feet. The employee landed on EE's feet but the fall exacerbated a condition of a calcium deposit on EE's right heel. Employee checked at Urgent Care and returned to work with restrictions.
