WORKER ON D-8 CAT HELPING BUILD SETTLING POND BACKED OVER BERM MADE BY ANOTHER WORKER ON LOADER. WHEN BLADE CAME DOWN FROM UP IN AIR IT CAUSED A SUDDEN FORWARD/BACKWARD SNAPPING OF HIS NECK.
