THE MORNING OF THE 9TH HE WEN T TO THE EMERGEERGENCY ROOM AND WAS TOLD TO TAKE 2 DAYS OFF THEN LIGHT DUTY FOR 2 WEEKS.

EMPLOYEE HAD CLIMBED UP LADDER CATWALK WHERE THEY WERE WORKING TO GET DOWN HE JUMPED ON A CONVEYOR BOLT BELOW AND THEN TO THE GROUND WHERE HE SLIPPED ON WET GROUND IN STEAD OF USING LADDER PRO VIVED TO GET DOWN.
