EMPLOYEE SUSTAINED SECOND DEGREE BURNS TO LEFT FOREARM AFTER HE WAS INVOLVED IN A MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING OUT OF THE OFFICE TRAILER. HE SLAMMED THE DOOR NOT REALIZING A FELLOW EMPLOYEE WAS EXITING BEHIND HIM, CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE'S RIGHT HAND TO BE SHUT IN THE DOOR.
