On 11/1/08 night shift, the EE was cleaning up around the surface shop, moving wood and other materials. When EE attempted to move a portable welder and leads, he twisted as he lifted and felt a sharp pain in his lower back. The EE stopped work for the rest of the shift.

HE WAS STANDING UND ANOTHER STAGING BOARD . HE MISUNDERSTOOD A REQUEST AND LOOKED OUT FORM UNDER THE STAGING BOARD. AOCK FEL FROM ABOVE AND HIT HIM IN THE FACE.
