EMPLOYEE CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL 06/19/2019 WHEN STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH LEFT SHOULDER AND HAD IT CHECKED AND WAS TOLD IT WAS A SPRAIN AND PUT ON RESTRICTIONS OF RIGHT HAND USE ONLY.
