EMPL WAS TORCHING USED CUTTING TORCHES DURING MOST OF DAY WITH FULL FACE TINTED SHIELD. EMPL DID NOT COMPLAIN OF ANY INJURY DURING WORK DAY. HE WENT TO THOMPSON HOSPITAL EMERGENCY DEPT AT APPR OX 11:30 PM COMPLAINING OF ITCHING EYES & TEMPORARY BLINDNESS. AFTER TREATMENT THERE & BY PRIVATE DR HE RETURNED TO WORK 11/21/89.
