DIESEL FUEL HAD BEEN POURED INTO AIR STARTER LINE TO THAW STARTER. EMPLOYEE WAS UNDER R-50 TRUCK HEATING OIL PAN. WHEN AIR STARTER WAS ACTUATED, FUEL CAME FROM STARTER IN A SPRAY, THE FUEL IGNITED, RESULTING IN A FLASH FIRE, BURNING EMPLOYEES FACE.
