EE was looking for a gas cap from a CAT 769C haul truck that had fallen off. He was standing on the engine compartment next to the operator's cab. He stepped down to look, lost his footing, stumbled backwards and then fell off the truck, approximately 10 feet to the ground. He landed on his neck/back. He worked for about 3 hours after.

In process of lifting off top of cone crusher (using a crane), when cone came up, swung out and caught thumb between upper half of crusher and hand railing. Crushe end of thumb, ripped off thumbnail of right hand.

EE WAS TAKEN TO OUR COMPANY DR WHERE HE WA GIVEN A DIAGNOSTIC IMPRESSION OF CONTUSION AND ABRASION OF THE LEG AND HEEL.
