EMPLOYEE HAD SKIDSTEER BUCKET APPROX 6" OFF THE GROUND. HE PUT HIS RIGHT FOOT OUT THE DOOR. HIS LEFT FOOT HIT BUCKET PEDAL CAUSING THE BUCKET TOLOWER TO THE GROUND DROPPING ON HIS RIGHT FOOT. SAFETY SHOES WERE WORN:HOWEVER, IT STILL HIS BIGTOE.
