PUSHING A FENCE POST IN SAND WITH LOADER BUCKET, BENT OVER TO SEE IF POST WAS STRAIGHT AND SIGNAL LOADER OPERATOR TO LIFT BUCKET. POST HAD TENSION ON IT AND SPRUNG BACK HITTING EMPLOYEE IN FOREHEAD CAUSING A CUT TO HIS FOREHEAD ABOVE AND BETWEEN THE EYES.
