SUBJECT PLACED HAND ON DRAG CABLE OF DRAGLINE TOO CLOSE TO FAIRLEAD, AND FINGERS WERE PULLED INTO FAIRLED ROLLERS WHEN THE COLD DRUM FRICTIONS GRABBED, CAUSING CABLE TO MOVE IN SLIGHTLY. SUBJE CT WAS PREPAREING TO PULL CABLE OUT TO ACHIEVE SLACK, AND MACHINE OPERATOR WAS NOT AWARE OF SUBJECTS HAND PLACEMENT TO DISABLE THE MACHINE WASTER CLUTCH TO PREVENT OCCURENCE. CLUTCH WAS DISEN
