EMPLOYEE WAS FEEDING THE PLANT WITH FRONT END LOADER WHILE WAITING FOR FEED HOPPER,TO GET ENOUGH FOR NEXT LOAD HE DISMOUNTED THE LOADER AND REACHED IN BETWEEN ROLLERS WITH HIS HAND TO REMOVE D UST.HIS AHND GOT INTO THE PINCH POINT BETWEEN ROLLER AND CONVEYOR BELT.THE BELT AND ROLLER PULLED IN HIS ARM UP TO THE ELBOW AND THE BELT SCRAPED OFF SOME SKIN ON HIS ELBOW.
