HE WAS HUNCHED DOWN WHILE GRINDING ON VERTICAL SURFACE. WHEN HE MOVED TO HIS RIGHT HE BROUGHT UP LEFT KNEE INTO GRINDER. APROX 3 STITCHES PREPPED WITH BETADINE, RX CEPHALEX 500 MG.
