Buehner Construction LLP · Fall to the walkway or working surface

Doing daily checks on Case rock truck. He opened the hood, crawled on top of the hood. Walking across the battery case, the case rocked because it was not locked. He slipped and fell on right leg. Knee and shin got scraped. We cleaned the wound and used first aid supplies.
