A PIECE OF STEEL BLEW INTO HIS LEFT EYE DURING A WIND STORM.

BARING A BIG CHUCK OF DIRT THAT WAS PLUGGING A BELT. THE CHUCK BROKE AND THE BAR WENT THROUGH IT AND I HIT HAND ON THE FRAME.
TRYING TO LOOSEN CONVEYOR BELT THAT WAS FROZEN TO GROUND. THE CONVEYOR BAR BROKE LOOSE HITTING HIM IN THE MOUTH BREAKING HIS FRONT TOOTH ON THE RIGHT OFF.
TIGHTENING NUT ON SCREENING DECK AND WRENCH SLIPPED HITTING HAND CAUSING THE LEFT THIRD FINGER TO BRAKE.
