ON NOV 21, 02 THE EMPLOYEE WAS TOLD HE WAS GOING TO BE LAID OFF ON 11/22/02. HE THEN STATED THAT HE HAD INJURED HIS SHOULDER SHOVELING ROCK AT THE CRUSHER ON 10/31/02 AND HAD NOT REPORTED IT PREVIOUSLY.
