Employee was doing maintenance on the crusher. EE was tasked to grind the left hand side of guard rail on the tall pully of conveyer belt. While getting down from the conveyer EE mis stepped and slipped, causing EE's right hand to come into contact with a piece of metal cutting EE's right hand
