HE AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WERE REPLACING UNDERNEATH TANK SOME RINGS. HE WAS STANDING ON THE DOZER TRUCK, WHEN HIS FOOT OILY FROM OVERSPILL SLIPPED IN BETWEEN THE TRUCK AND THE BLADE STABILIZING ARM. HE FELL SIDEWAYS UNABLE TO CATCH HIS BALANCE TWISTING HIS KNEE.
