NOT ON MINE PROPERTY. EE WAS IN DOWNTOWN PINEVILLE SECURING ROCK DRILL ON LOWBOY, PREPARING TO TRANSPORT IT TO JUNIPER ROCK QUARRY. EE WAS TIGHTENING A BINDING WITH A SWEDE. THE EDGE OF THE CHAIN HOOKED ON THE TRACK OF THE DRILL AS TENSION WAS PUT ON IT. IT TWISTED AND PULLED THE SWEDE OUT OF EE'S GRIP, HITTING HIM ON THE BRIDGE OF HIS NOSE.
