SNOWING AND COLD, 28 DEGREE WEATHER. CLIMBING DOWN THE SMALL STEPLADDER ON THE 1213 PLANT AND SLIPPED AND SLID TO THE GROUND AND LANDED ON FEET AND HURT LOWER BACK.
