Magna Energy Services, LLC. · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

High winds caused difficult communication. While setting up the crusher, the injured employee was tightening a bolt while another employee was running the hydraulic jack. The employee's left ring finger was pinched between the jack and a piece of iron. Injury resulted in a hair line fracture of the left ring finger.
