Has to have surgery on Feb 8, 2007. See attached work disability statement. Dates of disability 1/29/07 to 3/23/07. Up to this point no loss of time.

HE WENT TO THE HOSPITAL & HAD SURGERY ON 1/25/03TO REMOVE HIS SPLEEN.
