The welder was cutting a piece from a plste of steel. The plate steel was on a A frame bracket laying down: two other 4x8x3 1/6 plates were upright in the stand. He then stood on the plate laying down, causing the stand to tilt and then the plates to fall over onto the welder. The welder then pushed the plates off.
